The Grid Group developed this project within twenty months despite the unique restraints placed on the process. the limitations of having to maintain the indigenous flora and fauna saw many endangered plants being nursed in a preconstructed green house and been watched over by professionals until such time as they could be relocated as close to there original position as possible. The larger challenge was the constraint of reserving the 100 year old Red Milkwood trees which determined the location of many units and restricted the access to the construction site. The end result is a facility that not only boasts it's own Clubhouse, Tennis court, Pool, ample Parking and Parks but with the indigenous plants and the Red Milkwood trees the unique indigenous environment creates a lush and already established haven. With the adequate security and baloo wood boardwalks down to exclusive beaches it's no wonder that this development was an instant success for The Grid Group.
